Apartament czyściutki, wyposażony we wszystko potrzebne do pobytu. Lokalizacja świetna , blisko sklepy i restauracje .

Możliwość zaparkowania samochodu, wyposażenie kuchni., położenie w pobliżu sklepów.
Obiekt wymaga trochę odnowienia, łóżka niezbyt wygodne, fotel rozkładany nie sprawiał dobrego wrażenia, ciasny dla osoby dorosłej, niskiej jakości pościel.

Mieszkanie jest przestronne w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji.
Niestety, nie było zbyt czysto. Półki zakurzone, garnki i patelnie tłuste, kafelki w łazience również brudne. Zasłony w salonie również są zaplamione. Przydałoby się również wymieć ręczniki bo wyglądają jakby miały za sobą już z conajmniej dekadę.

Lokalizacja. Biedronka, dużo miejsc parkingowych, plac zabaw.
Przy stole brakuje trzeciego miejsca do siedzenia. Całe wyposażenie jest mocno zużyte lub uszkodzone, a w mieszkaniu panuje po prostu brud – na lodówce był klejący osad, naczynia okazały się niedomyte, łazienka zakurzona, a zlew się zapychał. Gdyby nie ten brud, samo zużycie wyposażenia byłoby zapewne mniej uciążliwe.
