The host gave us a very warm welcome and provided very detailed information about the house rules, nearby restaurants, and the surrounding area. The apartment is well equipped, with a washing machine (you need to purchase your own detergent) and a very complete set of kitchenware and utensils. The location is also excellent. It is very close to the MRT station and jeepney stops, and there are many chain restaurants nearby. There are also traditional local markets and large supermarkets within easy reach.

The Wi-Fi was not very reliable, and even using our own mobile data connection was sometimes a bit slow. The drainage in both the bathroom sink and kitchen sink was somewhat clogged. The water could still drain, but quite slowly. Perhaps because the apartment is on a higher floor, the shower water pressure was not very strong, although it was still perfectly possible to have a good shower. The caretaker had forgotten to turn on the water heater, so we spent quite some time trying to figure out why there was no hot water. We eventually found the heater and turned on the hot-water supply ourselves. One of the mattresses had become uneven and was uncomfortable to sleep on, so I removed one of the middle layers myself. Fortunately, the mattress had several layers, so it was still comfortable enough, and we actually slept very well afterwards. Before checking out, guests are also required to take their own rubbish to the large garbage bin in the stairwell.

Ενώ είχα κλείσει και πληρώσει το δωμάτιο μου έστειλα από το δωμάτιο παρά πολλούς όρους , εκ των όποιον κάποιοι τέλειος παράλογοι όπως να καθαρίσω φεύγοντας το δωμάτιο. Το χειρότερο όμως είναι ότι δεν επιτρεπόταν οι είσοδος σε κανέναν πέρα από εμένα και τον φίλο μου που κάναμε την κράτηση και έτσι δεν μπορούσαν να μας επισκευτεί κόσμος κάτι που δεν αναφερόταν . Μέσα έλεγε ότι απαγορευόταν η διαμονή για ολόκληρη νύχτα αλλά θα μπορούσες να πρόσθεσης επί πληρωμή κάποιον ακόμα. Όταν το προσπαθήσαμε δεν απάντησαν στα τηλεφωνήματα μας
