The building was recently built. Fully furnished bachelor unit located on the 34th floor. The room is air-conditioned. 32" full HD LED TV. Double size bed & extra bed that can accommodates up to 2 guests. Specially designed wardrobe with bottom compartment and laundry bin. Complete bathroom fixtures with water heater & hairdryer. Modular kitchen cabinet with granite counter-top. 2 seater dining table and ottoman. Three glass panel window. Safety deposit box.

Unit features: Fire detection and alarm system. Fire sprinkler system. Mailbox Emergency exit located at the very front door of the unit.
Guest access
Photocopied / scanned government issued valid ID will be needed for moving clearance to get access to the residence as regulated by the property management. The process of submission of ID's will be prior of the guest arrival via email or upon check in. Only registered guest can access to the unit, and free to avail amenities on the ground floor, and in The club located on the 4th floor level wherein canopied pool, gym, study hall, also function room(w/ fee). There is also soon to open sky garden on the roof deck. Guest may accept visitor but for only a short period of time.

Communication through email or cell phone number are available when booking is complete. My caretaker will turnover the key and show you the place when I was away.
Neighbourhood overview.
The unit situated in Malate which is the center of commerce and tourism. The most unique in this location is the historic stadium wherein the Asian games as well the Beatles concert were held before and this was recently renovated in preparation of FIFA World Cup. The closest supermarket is SM Harrison is short distance walk. High end mall like MOA and arena is about 2.5 miles away from the Residences. Landmark: Rizal Park (1.8 miles), Intramuros(2.3 miles), Manila Zoo and botanical garden (0.4 miles), Folk Art (0.7 miles), Aliw theater (0.8 miles). Cinemas, golf course, bay walk, Urban park and amusement center just a few miles in the flat. The building surrounded by university. De La Salle University, UP Manila, and College of St. Benilde.

DESTRUCTION: A person who may cause damaged, lost,and broken item on the property through negligence and intentional tort will be charged to your security deposit to cover the cost of replacement/repair.

*If you request for a cleaner is Php 499 per work order (cash only)
*If you request for extra towel/linen there is extra charge (cash only)
*Additional assistance there is corresponding charges of Php 499 (cash only) to cover up travel expense and extra charge per hour depending to the request of the guest.

The view from the room was amazing, the place was nice but the biggest problem for us was the Wifi which was basically non existent, there is a little pocket wifi that barely does anything, we spent so much time trying to get it to work, there was no cable tv to watch because the building is new and still under construction, there was some movies there to watch but most were in Chinese. There is a Mc donalds next door which was one of the best things about it, also a coffeeshop just opened downstairs the afternoon before we left! If this place had a hot plate to cook , wifi that worked and cable tv it would be an awesome value!
