About this house rental
You will have this entire 4 bedroom house that backs to the Willow Creek Trail, right next to Sweetwater Park which has a playground, ball field and basketball court. Minutes to Park Meadows Mall, Lincoln Light Rail Station, DTC, IKEA and Schwab. Recently renovated home with spacious backyard, 3 distinct work desks suitable for telecommuting and remote learning. This family friendly home and area makes a great home base for your Colorado vacation! A short drive to the mountains!!
The living spaces:
Two separate living spaces, one up and one downstairs make the unit enjoyable for families. There are two tvs, one upstairs with a Roku box, and one in the downstairs living room. Wi-Fi signal is accessible throughout the house and the backyard. There is a desk in the downstairs living room suitable for a work space.
The kitchen:
Open kitchen to the dining area and living room allows the cook to be part of the conversation and keep an eye on the kiddos. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances including a microwave, stove/oven, refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, garbage disposal and dishwasher. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and serve a full meal.
The bedrooms:
Upstairs there are three bedrooms all with queen size beds. All bedrooms have large closets and ceiling fans. The back bedroom has a desk for remote work. The master bedroom is downstairs with a desk for remote work along with an attached master bath.
Bathrooms:
There is a full size bath upstairs with a shower/bathtub combo. The master bedroom downstairs also has a full size bath with a shower/bathtub combo.
Garage:
There is a large 2 car attached garage.
The outdoor spaces:
There is a large front yard facing the quiet street. The backyard is spacious and fully fenced. The Willow Creek trail is a hiking/biking/walking trail accessible from the backyard gate. The trail connects to Sweetwater Park and to other trail systems. There is a 4-burner propane grill in the backyard. There is a large deck with a built-in table, umbrella and benches.
There is a security camera at the front and rear entrances to the home.

The home is very comfortable, plenty of bedrooms to accommodate everyone and the backyard with walking trail to the park is perfect for kids. We had a little trouble with entering the home as we never received a code for the door but Milo was able to be reached within 10 minutes of check in time to assist. I would just recommend a few additional “amenities” that we have experienced at other homes that were appreciated. Items such as a handful of laundry pods, extra trash bags and dishwasher pods as none of these items were provided. There is a grill but all utensils are plastic so some grill appropriate tools, baking sheet and baking pan would be helpful also.

Perfect place for us while our home was being renovated. The backyard is enormous and fenced, and the back deck was a nice place to sit. Appreciated access to the two car garage as well. Thank you!

Great house, really convenient. Host was great and helped us extend our stay 3 seperate times. They were really accommodating.
