This 600 sq ft one bedroom, one bath condo is perfect for a couple or a family traveling with children. It can accommodate up to six people. There is a queen-sized bed in the bedroom, a set of tucked-away berth bunks perfect for the kids, and a sleeper sofa in the living room.
You'll love the coastal cuteness of the furnishings at your fully equipped, vacation-ready condo, which includes your own private balcony, where your view will be of the Gulf of Mexico and nearby pools. The condo was great for just two people. Just a short walk to the beach.

The location is the biggest selling point. The gulf view from the balcony was beautiful. It is close to two pools and the boardwalk to the beach.Looks a bit older on the inside, but was adequate for two people. This is the 1st place I have ever rented that didn’t have a basic hair dryer. There was a coffee pot but no filters. The bedroom could use a little work. The sheet was like a hospital sheet but the bed was comfortable. Biggest issue is it is never dark, even in the middle of the night. The window over the bed is to the hallway and the light is always on so it casts light in the room all night. Blackout curtains over both windows would solve the issue.You can’t put the thermostat lower than 70 or the unit may freeze up as noted. Was pretty warm at night. It would have been nice to at least have a ceiling fan in the bedroom with the limitation to make it cooler at night.Overall, condo was clean; view and location was top notch; and there was a decent amount of space for a couple or maybe even a small family. I would definitely stay there again, but blackout curtains and a fan in the bedroom would elevate this condo for sure. The cost was reasonable and another selling point.

We loved the views and the amenities at the condo having the pools and such close by and we loved that it’s quiet and in a secluded area.
We would stay again if a few things are fixed. This condo is more for smaller families and just couples. I would recommend that you include more cleaning supplies like a mop and broom as there was only a small vacuum that didn’t pick up everything on the tile floors. The bathroom vent doesn’t work which has allowed mold to grow in the vent and the toilet flushed properly after about every two flushes. There is also a gap under the front door that if you don’t block at night the bugs come in. The place appeared pretty clean when we got there it was just missing a top sheet on the bed. It was made with just the sheet. Called and they sent someone to give us the top sheet for the bed. There also was no hot pads in the kitchen. We had to use towels to pull our dishes out of the oven. Also just some odd half done repairs like drywall patches and a whole in the ceiling in the master bedroom where a light or ceiling fan used to be. Otherwise it was a great stay and I’d go back if a few things were repaired like we suggested. They have a great area so hopefully they will make the necessary changes to make this room better. The views and location is top notch!
