This villa is proposed by Antilles Exception. It is located on the heights of Anses d'Arlet in a residential and quiet area. From the villa, you will enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and the Anses D'arlet village.
Remained very authentic, the town of the Anses d'Arlet with its pontoon, its shops, its small restaurants, its sinners and its great beach of fine sand is to approximately 400m.
Several beautiful beaches (Le Diamant, Grande Anse, Anse Noir, Anse Dufour) are a few minutes by car.
The villa
With a surface area of 130m ² (+ 50m ² of terrace), this villa built in 2015 benefits from a careful decoration. Includes :
-1 air-conditioned bedroom with mosquito net and seaview, queen size bed (160X200) and ensuite bathroom with shower
-1 air-conditioned bedroom with mosquito net and double bed Queen Size
-1 air-conditioned bedroom with mosquito net with 2 single beds
-1 second bathroom with shower, sink and toilet
-1 modern well equipped kitchen with central island
-1 large living room open onto the terrace with sitting area (sofas, television, coffee table)
In front of the living room, the shaded terrace enjoys a very nice view on the sea and the village of Anses d'Arlet. It includes a dining area with table and chairs and a small outdoor lounge.
Several sun loungers surround the large infinity swimming pool (10m X 3,5m secured by alarm)
