About this apartment rental
New apartment in Mar de Pulpi at the foot of the pool and 50 meters from the beach.
It is located at phase 3 of the Mar de Pulpi complex (San Juan de Los Terreros).
The apartment has a kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, coffee machine ...
There are 2 bedrooms; the first with a double bed and a bathroom with a large shower; the second bedroom with 2 single beds. There is a second independent shower room. 2 WC. Laundry.
Living room, with sofa bed and TV with French channels + terrace overlooking pool.
Upstairs you find a huge terrace with an outdoor living room, a dining table, an outdoor kitchen and a barbecue.
The apartment has WIFI and all the comforts for a pleasant stay.
We provide bed sheets, bath towels and beach towels.
At 20 meters from the apartment is a supermarket, a few restaurants, a shop, a glacier, a bar ... Animations on weekends. At 50 meters, there is a beachside restaurant + sunbeds.
You have the possibility to enjoy two swimming pools supervised by a first-aid attendant, the first at the foot of the apartment with a paddling pool for children and two heated jacuzzis.
The second in front of the beach; a saltwater pool and a freshwater pool + paddling pool + 2 heated jacuzzis. In winter you can enjoy the hamman and sauna.
The complex is equipped with tennis courts, basketball, track and field. Possibility to rent bikes, kayak, paddle ... Fitness room.
Playground for children.

Este alojamiento es perfecto para familia con niños, el ambiente es acogedor, las piscinas limpias. Tiene todo los servicios cercas y buenos, restaurantes, chiringuitos, supermercados y la playa.
La playa (mar) no es de arena pero es limpio y va poca gente, hay otras playas de arena muy cercas del complejo. Espero regresar.

Buen apartamento y en buen sitio con todo lo necesario, lo único que tienen demasiadas cosas por enmedio y los armarios cerrados pq tienen sus cosas, te apañas pq tienen una especie de estanterías para que vayas dejando ahí la ropa, tampoco me pareció bien tener un frigorífico en medio del comedor no sé si es porque lo iban a cambiar por estar estropeado el otro o qué y una tabla de planchar en la habitación de dos camas. Por lo demás un sitio genial y un apartamento bonito y funcional.

Nos ha gustado mucho la casa, con terraza y azotea es ideal para disfrutar de cada espacio. La vajilla y decoración preciosas! Le falta un toldo en la terraza y una cama de matrimonio más grande con buenas almohadas. También la hora de salida nos pareció muy pronto para lo habitual en España quesuele ser las 12.00. Nos pedían salir a las 10.00 y tras pedir algo más de tiempo nos dejaron hasta las 10.30.

Apartment was spacious and clean. Pools were great. Location fairly quiet, village of San Juan de Terreros is a 30 min walk away, not 10 or 15 as stated in the ad. Couple of restaurants and a shop close by. Beach is man made, not great. Location fine for very young kids.
