About this house rental
Fully equipped 'upside down' home. 3 bedrooms , 2 baths downstairs plus office. Master bedroom has attached full bath and sliders that opens up to deck and oversized shower and private fenced in yard . Upstairs is a bright kitchen/dining/living area. There is a sleeping loft with full sized bed over the kitchen area. There is a separate t.v. room off the dining area. Large deck off living area with table and seating. Also, there is a small patio/grilling area near the front door. Oversized outdoor shower! Fenced in yard off master bedroom. One dog considered.
Close to Tom Nevers beaches,play area and Sconset. Bike path and free NRTA bus stop nearby.
7 night minimum. Saturday-Saturday. 6 person max. $600.00 security deposit to be paid direct. Fully refundable if no extra cleaning or damage. Can help with ferry reservations if booked prior to 1/1/26. After that date, subject to availability.

We had the most incredible stay at this charming home in Nantucket! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this was the perfect place for a family vacation. The house is not only beautiful but also incredibly family-friendly. Our kids absolutely loved the spacious yard, and we all enjoyed the cozy, well-appointed living spaces.
The location was ideal, with easy access to the beach and local attractions, making it simple to explore the island without the hassle. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to prepare meals together, which was a wonderful way to spend quality time as a family.
What truly made our stay exceptional was the host, Laura. She was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. From providing helpful tips about the area to making sure our arrival and departure were seamless,

Laura's home was spacious and she was very easy to communicate with. Their home and hosting was great. Easy drive to Sconset and Tom Nevers and very accessible to bike path. Really appreciate their hospitality and the fenced yard. Thank you and hope we can visit again!

Booked for one week. 4 senior (in-laws). Plenty of room. Separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything provided for bbq and indoor cooking. Neat and clean
