The cleanliness , the view, the t.v after a long day! The apartment was good for the price but a few things definitely need addressing.

Dishwasher and bidet were out of order.Most surfaces covered in cloths, presumably for protection but it made the apartment look like it was closed up for the season! The bathroom sink is cracked which is not good for hygiene and the doubled up sheets for the single beds were a nightmare..The drainage for the washing machine emptying into the bathroom sink and the pipe pertruding from the bathroom wall stuffed with a plastic bag were interesting features..

It was functional but I would not go back

The apartment was clean and the host very responsive.

There was a homeless guy sleeping next to the entrance for 2 days. Also, the dishwasher and bidet were out of order. The view of the Acropolis was much further away than expected.

Excellent for a city break

Nice apartment with a big leaving room and a big balcony with view to the Lycabettus Hill and Acropolis. The location is close to the court, the area seemed safe to me. The bus stations is 2 min walk - so is very easy to reach the city center. Few restaurants and mini markets around.

A bit too loud during the night because of the traffic, the apartment's windows give on the boulevard. The double bed was a little too soft, you can't get up / lie down without disturbing the other person.

Massive open apartment that had everything we needed. The view was absolutely gorgeous. The lady who owned the place was lovely and helpful.

The balcony had a lot of lovely plants on it for decoration but this attracted so many hornets/wasps.

The apartment is very spacious, all the necessary facilities, air conditioning in all rooms, bathroom and toilet service.. It also has parking, which is a plus for the traffic in Athens.. Electra welcomed us warmly, offered us support in all our needs. Thank you Electra!!

This is an excellent property, done up in good taste and perfect for a long stay.

This is a beautiful property, large and spacious with a great view. The large living room and the two bedrooms, all face the mountain view that gets lit up in the evenings giving the mount a warm red glow. The large Balcony has lots of greens and flowering plants that have an automated watering system. The very first look of the interiors presents a very aesthetic appearance as one starts living here, one sees that every piece of furniture, upholstery, kitchen tools are done very tastefully and are great quality. A silver tea service was a delight though we just admired it and never used it. We, three adults, stayed here for a total of ten days. Towards the end of our one month travel in Europe, we wanted a spacious property to part unwind. This huge property served our need very well. Though we never really cooked, we found the kitchen to be very well equipped. LOCATION - we knowingly chose to stay away from the city center, but we were a little wary of transport. It was no problem , taxi was normally easy to access and very affordable. A number of cafes, two bistros, two superstores, a first rate bakery that opens at 5.00 am in the morning, all within 5 minutes walking distance made our stay very convenient. Both check-in and check-out were perfect. Would be happy to stay here again, should we come to Athens again. Thank you our young and beautiful hostess. CHEERS

I Can’t Recommend This Apartment Enough!

Ilektra was a wonderful and generous host! Her property was absolutely HUGE, and had everything we could possibly need! On top of that, there are great markets and restaurants within a five minute walk of the property if and when you need something! As the name of the property implies, the view from the ample balcony is drop-dead gorgeous! My partner and I enjoyed spending evenings sitting out there, sipping wine, and enjoying the amazing view. As a family with teenagers, we really appreciated having of the space this property provides. We especially appreciated having two toilets! Definitely a plus! The location of the apartment is pretty good. It’s a fairly long walk from there to the Acropolis, but it’s quite close to many other attractions. Taxis are inexpensive in Athens and work easily off of the Uber app, so we were well within reach of anything we wanted to do. I can’t recommend this property enough. We’ll definitely book again on our next visit! Thank you, Ilektra!

A spacious partment with parking

A very spacious apartment with a beautiful terrace full of plants. We chose this property because it offered free off street parking close-by.

If you keep the windows open or sit on the terrace, it is quite noisy as the apartment in located on a major busy road. However, we kept the doors to the terrace closed because we had the air conditioning on so it did not bother us.

A good neighborhood. Very big apartment with all you need. Wonderful few . Anastasiou and her amaizing mother were always ready to help and gave us a very useful information. Check in start after midnight. We arrived at 03:00 am and Anastasiou's Mother was waiting for us infront of the building. Great value for money.

Huge luxurious apartment with a beautiful view

The apartment was HUGE, clean, comfortable and near the Parthenon. The owners provided the parking in an underground parking lot right beside the building. There are few restaurants right outside the building, as well as the supermarket. The apartment is equipped with EVERYTHING you may need from sugar, tea, plenty dishes, plastic cup and plates, bath gels and shampoos, towels, washer mashing and detergents and all other essentials. On top of all this the apartment has a HUGE balcony with a beautiful view which includes the Parthenon 🏛. The hosts met us at our late arrival (2am) and early departure (6am) and were extremely welcoming considering the circumstances. We couldn’t be happier with our stay. I’m sure you won’t regret it. I’ll recommend this place to everyone I know.

Nice top floor view. 10 minutes taxi ride from all tourist destinations. We took a taxi everyday to get to Plaka. Probably would stay somewhere in that area next time. Apartment was a little dated, but clean and comfortable for our stay.

Saubere , große Wohnung an einem Park gelegen, mit 4 spuriger, gut befahrener Strasse vor der Haustür.

Insgesamt hat uns die Wohnung in der 4. Etage mit Aufzug gut gefallen. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist atemberaubend schön. Der Balkon selber könnte Fussbodenpflege vertragen, die Pflanzen, da wohl die Bewässerung nicht funktioniert, leider größtenteils vertrocknet.Die Wohnung ist sehr schön groß , 2 Schlafzimmer, Küche gut ausgestattet. Das französische Doppelbett ist 150cm breit, Matratze schön weich, wer eine harte Matratze benötigt, ist hier falsch. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt, aber es gibt Verschiedene, offenbar schon seit 2023, Kritikpunkte, die nicht bearbeitet wurden. Dazu später mehr. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es zwei Supermärkte, kleine Restaurants in fussläufiger Nähe. Taxi zum Syntagma kostet ca. 7€., es gibt eine Bushaltestelle, 2 Linien verkehren hier offenbar im Stundenrythmus. Wir würden, trotz Mängel, die Wohnung wieder buchen, uns hat es hier gefallen. Wir haben mit dem Vermieter nur per Whats App kommuniziert, das war allerdings immer zeitnah, allerdings nicht immer hilfreich. Parkplatz in einem Parkhaus offenbar vorhanden, haben wir nicht genutzt. Kipseli ist ein gutes, Mittelklasse Arbeiterviertel, wir haben uns hier wohl gefühlt. Preis/ Leistung stimmte .

Spülmaschine offenbar schon seit 2023 defekt, BD offenbar auch schon seit 2023 defekt. Jetzt im Juni 2024 immer noch nicht repariert. WLAN / Wifi ist unterirdisch langsam, wurde auch schon 2023 moniert. 0,5 upload, 5,5 download, damit konnte man kaum eine App aktualisieren. Warum hier keine Reparaturen vorgenommen werden, ist ehrlich gesagt unverständlich.
