Comftable stay in a location near to all main transit routes
Neighbourhood is not nice at all. Drug problems all around local streets.

The host was really nice and welcoming and the room and facilities were clean with a number of things available for our convenience (tea, coffee, etc.).
The room was a bit small and it was a bit noisy (we could hear the second room rented quite well). The neighborhood felt more dodgy than we expected.
