Local tv channels, spacious living room and comfortable sofa. The blackout curtains in room and all space.

No sea view from apartment, mold smell, AC not really cooling fresh air, LOTS of mosquitos if stepping outside on outdoor porch. Dragging chairs upstairs, voices from neighbors in room. Cars from parking lot noise from room. Humidity at high level, not really safe to stay inside here and if you open windows an avalanche of mosquitos will go inside.
