The PBC is a modern & spacious 1,000 sq. ft. freestanding beach house situated within a 10,000 sq. ft. lush tropical palm grove. There are over 200 palm trunks offering filtered shade and tropical ambience accentuated by the light ocean breezes passing through the palm leaves. The entire property has been designed with excellent attention to detail, amenities and your privacy. Imported Indonesian furniture from Bali makes you feel like you are on your own private island!
The PBC has about everything you would expect in your home and immediately makes you feel comfortable and at ease. High open-beam vaulted ceilings incredible modern yet subtle indirect illumination, lots of natural day lighting from the seven sky lights, great professional cooking facilities and luxurious linens! Great tropical outdoor living areas provide amazing retreat and entrainment options. The front fire patio with its outdoor fire place chimney is surrounded with relaxing deep seating arm chairs creating the perfect day & evening garden fire-side lounge. The moment you step through the front gate, the cottage grabbed you with the beautiful tropical manicured yard, then to step into a tropical themed cottage that was cute and cozy. Eric has spared no expense in providing his guests with all the amenities and then some, to the wood burning fireplace, the cute hot tub off the bedroom and an amazing well stocked kitchen! Thank you for making our stay memorable, A hui hou!

We had a perfect stay. The house is very well appointed, well-maintained and included every amenity that you would hope for. Owner communicated very well.

Property management lives nearby and are nice and communicative. Place has a lot of charm and is plenty of space for 2, even the kitchenware is top quality. Location is hard to beat in Encinitas, walkable to restaurants and the beach and between the 5 and 101 but not too close to either. Would book again

While Eric the owner is very nice, the listing is not entirely accurate. The owner lives in the guest house behind the home you are renting. You will hear water running through the pipes when you are not using any water. The bedroom is so bright at night I found it hard to sleep although the bed was comfortable. Location is great. VRBO should require that it be disclosed about the owner living on the property. I traveled alone but if i would have been with my family i would have been even more disappointed.
