Recently remodeled and full of everything you need to call Encinitas your home away from home. Enjoy the year-round beautiful weather with the indoor-outdoor transitional living space.
Stroll two minutes to a gorgeous beach overlook or ten to your pick of beach entrances. This luxurious and fully remodeled 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house is the perfect spot for those looking to experience Encinitas!
Walk out the french doors in the living room to your patio complete with a BBQ, fire pit, and string lights to take in the beautiful Southern California weather. You will find a fully-stocked kitchen and everything you need to make a home-cooked meal or instead visit one of the many delicious restaurants Encinitas has to offer.
Bedroom 1 contains a King bed and bedroom 2 down the hall has a Queen bed. Both bedrooms share a stunning bathroom with double sinks as well as a shower & bath combo.
One off-street parking spot is located behind the home and there is ample parking on the street for any other vehicles.

The property looked exactly like it does online-lovely! It had a well-equipped kitchen, great location and was perfect for a girls trip. I would highly recommend this home.

The surf shack was the perfect spot for a family visit in Encinitas. It is beautifully appointed, very clean and comfortable and a perfect location, close to the beach. We loved having a larger, nice kitchen to cook meals. The patio with fire pit and grill was such a lovely spot to eat dinner. We couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Thank you Cara!
