Villa very bright cozy and refined in which it is good to live with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with bath.
In an exceptional environment that has different landscaped areas such as sun bed, deckchairs, lounges, outdoor kitchen, outdoor bar, which allow you to enjoy the gentle Côte d'Azur
On one level, with a partially shaded terrace of almost 400 m2 and an outdoor shower with sea view.
A large heated pool is located on one of the lower banks in a garden (palm, jasmine, mimosa ...)
The house has a private closed parking with electric gate
Located 5 minutes from the beaches (by car), its place on the heights allows an exceptional sea view.
Very calm, in a dead end, between saint tropez and saint raphael, close to the conveniences and nautical, natures, sporting activities: 10 golfs around, clubs equitation, tennis. A very beautiful thalassotherapy center is located less than 10 minutes.

We really enjoyed our time in St Tropez, we found ourselves spending every evening in to enjoy the views and a glass of wine. The host was very attentive to our needs. Great location close to grocery stores and the bakery. The bedding was a little heavy, pillows were not great for sleeping but I would say all in all I would stay again. The house was awesome.

The view and house were fabulous. However France was having a heat wave and the ac didn’t work very well. When asked to fix the ac the owner said “the French don’t use ac this time of year” The beds had only very heavy winter comforters and when I asked to have some lightweight blankets she said she’d buy some for the next guests. Not even enough hot water for one hot shower and there were 3 of us.
