This was a lovely home in a quiet neighborhood for a weekend getaway. The inside was very clean and had everything we needed. The only drawback was we really weren’t able to enjoy the outdoor patio because there were SO many cobwebs with very large spiders.

We were happy with the property it was very cute with all the nautical/beach theming! We found some dishes that were needing some additional washing but nothing that was out of control. Mattresses were a topic of discussion among the guests they were firm which wasnt everyones cup of tea but was fine for me. Would recommend for adult groups.

The home is very well equipped. Bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen were all great. Decor and furniture was comfortable and bright. Back yard is wonderful and private. Grill was clean and worked perfectly. No problems at home or in Hammond.Great place all around.

This is a great location close to Astoria, seaside and the state parks. Unfortunately our whole group wasn't able to come but also grateful it worked out that way because there would not have been enough room. This home can fit 6 adults (3couples)comfortably. PROS: comfy beds, clean home, great location. CONS: There is no air-conditioning and I did not remember reading that in the description, but maybe I missed it. 1 fan was broken. Everything could use a good dusting. You pay a hefty cleaning fee and do 60% of the work for the cleaning people. They(whoever cleans) left an envelope to tip but we didnt really feel that was right considering we did most of the work for them and they should be getting paid well enough to not have to ask.. There wasn't any extra garbage bags so we had to get through our week at the home on one garbage bag. The garbage oitside was full when we arrived so that also made it challenging for us and the garbage we accumulated.
