FREE PARKING AND FREE WIFI!!! Charming 2BR/2BA beachfront unit with a relaxing view of the Gulf at the ISLAND ECHOS! Now with Free SECURED WIFI and washer and dryer in the condo. This condo is located on the 3rd floor and has wonderful views of Okaloosa Island. The kitchen, tiled floors, and architectural touches gives it a more classically modern feel. With a king bed in the master bedroom, two twins in the guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, this unit can sleep up to six vacationers.
The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: master bedroom - 1 king bed, 2nd bedroom - 2 twin beds. Sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit sleeps 6.

Island Echos Condominiums is close to Fort Walton’s shopping and dining and a mere ten minutes from Destin .Guests can get to the beach from the boardwalk at the base of the parking area and can use a barbeque grill that is located along this boardwalk as well.

The property is as pictured. Plenty of space for our group of 4 with a toddler. The kitchen is well equipped with cooking essentials and then some. The only things missing-are dish detergent and sponge as well as salt/pepper. Property was clean and had enough toilet paper/paper towels for the whole week. We loved our ocean view and short walk to the beach/pool. The furniture and decor is definitely dated and the coffee table was missing the middle glass insert. We called housekeeping to inform them but they never responded. The other issue was the shower door in the master suite is only attached at the top rail not the bottom. Seems like a safety concern to me. The biggest complaint was the loud sound/vibration in the second bedroom from the air conditioning when running. Our guest had a hard time sleeping in that room.
