Kurze Wege zum Hafen und Bäcker.Parken im Einfahrt für zwei PKW.Möglichkeit Parken gegenüber kostenpflichtig von 08:00h-22:00h kosten 12€ laut Ausschilderung gemäss StvO

Terrasse in der Einfahrt,nicht benutzbar da Einsehbar und kein Sonnenschutz.Steile schmaler Aufgang zur Wohnung.Zweites Schlafzimmer im Dachgeschoss,nur in gebückter Haltung begehbar.
