Salt has the ability to give flavor to which is other wise bland and light to see your way. "Salt & Light" is a magnificent home located in the Whalehead Subdivision. Tastefully decorated this lavish property boasts master bedrooms, linens for the beds provided and towels for the occupancy of the home, a private pool and a soothing hot tub, from the top decks and the ship's watch you can catch a glimpse of the sea.
There are several outdoor activities such as basketball and shuffleboard. But the piece de resistance is the stair tamer on the lower level making it easier to transport luggage, groceries and those larger items that are a handful.

The layout of the house is great for families. It was nice having a small room for the kids to watch tv/play their video games after spending the day at the beach and in the pool. We also loved the baby gate at the top of the steps!! We also liked the upstairs nook for games. Everything about the house’s layout and setup made our vacation really easy for our families.

Everything was just as the pictures.. easy beach access. Everything in the house was in good order some wear and tear but nothing major. Overall great house. Only thing I would change is a keypad instead of having to stop after dealing with the traffic to grab keys.

we love this homelove the updates that have been done over the yearsbeen coming to this house now 20 yearswe know the family and they are wonderful peoplewe know you can't update everything at one time but the outside exterior of the home does need updated- paint, etc.it's like home away from homeas far as getting the keys- it is not customer freindly to have to wait til 4pm to get a key and then have to drive up to the home- when you are to be able to get in your home at 4pm. you all know traffic at that time! needs to be an office in timbuck II or something for the homes that are up at that end.more attention to cleaning details should be made- overall it was good just little things

We were happy with the location. It was helpful to have a beach cart and chairs provided. This property is very outdated though and could use a lot of upgrades. Shower pressure was horrible in some of the bathrooms. My daughter got a huge splinter in her toe walking up the deck steps. Bikes were advertised to come with the house; however we were told once we got there and asked about them that they were no longer coming with the property. There were a few things in need of repair which we had to call to report. We were not super impressed but also not completely disappointed.
