The vacation rental was very clean.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.

Nice location... a 10 min. walk to the beach. The house is clean although the furnishing needs a refresh. The pool is a big hit. It's huge and saltwater. Patio furniture is plenty with umbrella but the backyard is nicely shaded by surrounding trees. The grill needs replacing though. The hot tub is also very nice. The wrap around decks on 2 levels are also very nice. The driveway is long which is very much appreciated as we had 5 cars. I also love the outdoor shower. It was very convenient to wash off the sand before jumping into the pool. The bedrooms were ok... comfortable. The air condition is very good and very needed during the heat wave. Overall, it was a good stay.

Very clean. Amazing pool that was used more than the beach. Close to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend.
