It a pool!!!! After a long day in the Camino that was THE BEST!!! Rooms were clean beds comfy. The host was lovely friendly and welcoming.
The only downside was that it was 30 min walk from Azofra where u arrive on the Camino, but then in morning we were close to the track to continue on.

On one of the hottest days on the camino and long, long walks, the pool was SO inviting and just what the doctor ordered! My room was very clean and my balcony such a nice place to sit. Herma was very warm and it was lovely to gather with other pilgrims at the community table.
I understand I am a new pilgrim, and this place has so much goodness, but you just need know that this is off the trail and on a highway with no sidewalk for most of the way.
How far off the trail it was and how unclear it was to get there from the town right before. I went up and down wrong streets because of the confusion. That was unexpected and new for me to walk the highway with no sidewalk for 2.5 kilometers after a long, hot walk. When I asked for help with a ride (I offered to pay) I was told it was "impossible". I wish I had been given a number for a taxi.
It was unclear about dinner. I was given a ticket with a stamp but I didn't understand what it was or where I was supposed to go.

It had a pool
It had air conditioning
The AC would not shut off so it became too cold in the room. I was freezing. Then the AC started dripping water all over the tile floor and I slipped and almost fell. I had to get pool towels to lay on the floor but they became soaked so I listened to dripping water all night. I had messaged the owner early that afternoon to tell him what was happening so he said he disconnected the AC. It would not stop dripping lots of water out of the unit. I did not have a good stay there
