Beautiful property, well maintained, amazing views. Perfect place for a getaway. Although the house is in a bit of a neighborhood, it is extremely private with strategically placed foliage, and the area is very quiet. Couldn’t even hear traffic from hwy 1, despite it being half a block away. We brought food for most meals, though a drive to point arena (15 minutes) or gualala (30 minutes) can get you to a few tasty options.

We called the number on the contact list, no one showed up, tub only got to 80 degrees then fuse would blow.. Very disappointing.

After a long, windy drive (do NOT take Mountain View Road) we wanted to relax in the hot tub but it was not hot. I called the "contact number" given and she said "I'm just the house cleaner. I'll call the hot tub guy." No one ever showed up so I turned it up to 104 and we left for dinner. It was hot later (thank goodness!) but why wasn't it hot when we got there? The other thing we really wanted at the chilly coast was a real fireplace. Wood and newspaper were provided but we couldn't find any kindling. We tried for hours to get the big logs to burn with the newspaper provided and could never get it going. The house is very outdated but the view is great and the neighborhood was quiet.
