Summary of reviewsGreat communication with the owner, beautiful views from the back deck, comfortable beds, and convenient location to downtown and Dreams Park.
8 / 10Excellent·Jul 2026
The home is so cute and clean! It was nice and cool during our steamy, hot week. The views were amazing! While it is close proximity to Dream Park and an easy commute, it is more like 15 minutes away as opposed to 5 minutes. We initially had some fridge issues that started our trip a little rocky. The owner responded quickly and resolved the issue. The double bed in the loft area is wide open to the main area below and directly below the house ac unit. It makes it a little uncomfortable for those sleeping there.

Wonderful location for Dreams Park and downtown Cooperstown. Looking to book again in 2027 when we go with my middle son. Could not beat the view. Also loved being in fly creek near the winery!
