About this apartment rental
Modern and comfortable apartment with a swimming pool for 4 persons. Apartment Manuel No.2 is located on the first floor of the house with a beautiful view of the garden, swimming pool and green surroundings. It extends over two floors. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, bathroom with shower and a kitchen, living room and balcony with table and chairs. All rooms are air-conditioned. The kitchen is large and equipped with all necessary appliances (dishwasher, electric kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator). Guest have access to free Wi-Fi and private parking, which is located on the street ,in front of the house. Youth groups are not welcome. For those who are planning a quiet holiday in a quiet environment, we recommend the place called Nova Vas, where Holiday house Manuel with pool is located. It is 5 km from the town center Porec and about 4.5 km from the first beach. Holiday House Manuel is surrounded by a nice decorated garden. The holiday house has 2 apartments with shared pool ( 40 m2) which are located on the ground floor and first floor. Apartments are new, comfortable and modern furnished. The area is ideal for families and those who want to enjoy the tranquility of the Istrian gardens, warm sunshine and the blue sea. For an active holiday you can choose between hiking, biking, tennis, beach volleyball, table tennis, minigolf and boat rental. You can choose between pebble and stone beaches. Beaches are equipped with changing rooms, showers and many sports activities. Old pine trees reach down to the sea. Lovers of active holidays can reach the beach by bike or by car. .

What a lovely house this is! We stayed here for a week with a family of four, including 2 boys of 19 and 17.
We were received very hospitably by Anita. The house was very clean and spacious. Super nice is that almost every room has a well-functioning air conditioning, no luxury at temperatures of 35 degrees.
There are three bedrooms with two beds each. The upstairs room has its own toilet and sink. The ceiling is a bit low so more suitable for smaller children (our son is 1.90 and had to be a bit careful).
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher, kettle and a toaster. There is also a stove, microwave and an excellent fridge/freezer. In the bathroom there is also a washing machine that can be used.
The pool is lovely and is cleaned every day. We didn't have to share the pool but that's normally not a problem: every family has its own sun loungers. As a family you also have your own table and chairs for breakfast or dinner. Barbecuing is possible, we didn't do that. The front of the house also has two apartments; they have their own swimming pool.
Anita is available if there are questions, she lives with her family in the basement. That's very nice, you won't be bothered at all by their presence.
Porec is a small fifteen minute drive away. In the village of Nova Vas is a small supermarket with fresh bread every day.
We enjoyed Istria and would definitely recommend this beautiful house!
