About this apartment rental

A gorgeous apartment in an incredible position, right by Hyde Park and Paddington Station surrounded by cute cafe's and local pubs. The apartment is fully loaded with everything you need for a great stay. Local TV channels, super fast wifi, comfortable beds, fresh towels and linen plus a kitchen full of modern amenities.

A newly refurbished, modern apartment full of amenities you need to have a comfortable stay from super fast Wi-Fi to hotel quality linen.

I am always available online, plus I have a handyman on call 24/7

Paddington is famous for it's great restaurants, amazing transport links and proximity to Hyde Park.

Paddington Station is a 3 minute walk away.
In order to combat unsolicited parties and be kind neighbours we have a noise monitoring device in the apartment (this is a camera free device which you can find more about here https://www.minut.com/).
Should the noise breach a certain level after 8pm for a sustained period of time then we will be alerted and will call the Police to attend the apartment to put a stop whatever is taking place. Your reservation will then be terminated with no refunds and your security deposit retained.

We are proud to be good neighbours and absolutely will not tolerate anti social behaviour of any kind whatsoever.

Great location, just minutes from Paddington Underground and Train Station. Lots of amenities close by. Even though we were right next to Underground, the noise wasn't bothersome. Apartment was comfortable and just the right size for us. I would stay there again.

This property is perfectly located to shops, restaurants and Paddington Station. It was very clean and stocked with most items you will need. Please note....the Dryer is not an appliance, it is a drying rack, so it takes some time for the clothes to dry. Also, we ended up getting locked out of the building one night, when the modem went offline and the app to access the building was not working. Our first call was to the owner, whose voicemail picked up. We eventually got in, but that was a week ago, and the owner has yet to call us back. We did eventually connect with the property management , though the number listed for them had an extra digit in it. More appliance instructions would be nice for the kitchen area. Paddington station is right outside the living room of the apartment.....you can even see the platform and hear the trains and announcements.
