PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Having the most amazing 5th-floor beach view within the newest luxury vacation rental resort on the island, LeVent Beach Resort Aruba ensures you the finest picturesque views of Eagle Beach! Focusing on the maximum comfort of its guests and also being luxuriously furnished and decorated, this Eagle Beach condo is rightfully the ultimate vacation rental condo on the island of Aruba. Experience the best sunsets Aruba has to offer from its two balconies, the L-shaped balcony is off the living area with an outdoor seating set and the primary bedroom balcony offers you an outdoor table plus 2 chairs.
The stunning views continue inside the Royal Beach View Two-bedroom condo thanks to the sliding glass doors and large windows throughout this condo. The open-plan living area is provided with a large Smart TV, a leather sofa-bed (with a double-size mattress), an 8-seat round dining table, and a full-sized fully equipped modern kitchen with 4-barstools. In the entrance hallway, there is a half bathroom and a laundry room with washer-dryer and storage facilities.
The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a Smart TV, built-in closets, and access to the balcony with breathtaking views. The primary bedroom offers a full modern en-suite bathroom with a shower. The large second bedroom has two queen-size beds, a Smart TV, built-in closets, and access to the balcony with breathtaking views. The second bedroom also offers a full modern en-suite bathroom with a shower.
This unit provides you with 1,580 sq. ft. of living space, a code-lock safety box, free unlimited WiFi, three cable Smart TVs (in the living room and each bedroom, so be sure to e.g. have your Netflix credentials at hand!). This unit is located on the right hallway off the elevators on the fifth floor.

The pool area at LeVent Beach Resort Aruba is set amidst lush tropical landscaping and features a swimming pool, a large hot tub, a shallow pool area for kids, and various sunny or shaded lounge areas, offering a tranquil retreat within the resort. The beach access gate is only about 100 yards from Eagle Beach. Resort facilities include a children's playground, a fitness room, an alfresco dining area with 2 BBQ grills, and an ice machine. Ample free parking available within the 24/7 secured gated complex. Beach towels are provided for all Prestige guests upon check-in and can be exchanged once per day, free of charge, at the Prestige LeVent desk in the lobby. We had a wonderful visit! Carlotta from Prestige was incredibly welcoming and did an amazing job helping us understand the amenities and procedures. The location was perfect - right across from beautiful Eagle Beach and convenient to the entire island by car. We had plenty of space to spread out and really appreciated thoughtful details like the puzzles and books that were available for us to enjoy. The only glitch we experienced was with the expanded package of television channels. We never could access them during our visit and couldn’t get tech support from the staff on site. It was such a small issue in an otherwise fantastic week, and the rest of the appliances worked well. What a beautiful place to relax and enjoy time with family. Thank you!

Beautiful condo on the 5th floor with incredible views on 3 sides. Wrap around deck was a favorite. Great kitchen amenities and additions such as a cooler and beach chairs. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful property with an amazing view. Quiet and perfect location! Eagle beach is so pretty and not nearly as crowded as Palm beach. Beds were comfortable and we all slept well, but we all seemed to wake up with our clothes wet/damp. Not sure if it was the humidity in the condo.
Just some FYI's:
1) This is a condo premises and not a HOTEL. Concierge/customer service is not at a desk 24/7. There was a non working phone in the condo with no signage, and found it a little frustrating when trying to call to the desk with a few more questions shortly after check in.
2) The grills do not have instructions anywhere to be found and took us a while and some texts to a friend to figure out we had to turn the gas on behind the grill. Not all knobs worked properly.
3) The appliances are high tech and we had a really difficult time figuring out the oven. The instructions in the binder did not match the stove in the condo
Overall, this place was perfect and would stay here again! Aruba is a beautiful island and I'm super glad we rented a car!!!
