This holiday home offers a comfortable layout, featuring three bedrooms and one full bathroom, plus a second toilet for added convenience. The heart of the home is the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The master bedroom and living spaces boast breathtaking views of Rotorua city and the shimmering Lake Rotorua, offering an enchanting vista day and night. Bedroom two is furnished with a queen-size bed, while bedroom three provides flexible sleeping arrangements with a double bed and a single bed. Step outside onto the wrap-around deck, complete with outdoor furniture and a relaxing hot tub. Additional amenities include a double garage and a laundry room equipped with a table tennis table, perfect for family entertainment.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Awesome views of Rotorua and the lake. Only marred by rain which meant the neighbour's sheep or alpacas weren't out and also about half of the cutlery and crockery wasn't clean (remnants of food).

Loved our stay! Views are incredible, home was lovely and warm, we had young kids and the space was fabulous (100% be back). Only a 10min drive from town and all site seeing activities 🌻

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The views are stunning! We LOVED the alpacas and all the sheep! They are the perfect addition to the property! We really enjoyed the hot tub as well! There wasn’t anything I didn’t like! It was just the perfect home for our stay! We were pleased to see that there was an additional bathroom! We thought it was just one bathroom which for four people was a bit scary. There was only one shower, but having an extra toilet was perfect! I guess it’s technically 1.5 bath, but it was great for us! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

My partner, my two children and I stayed and absolutely loved this property. We often use bookabachs and this has been one of our fav places. And the alpacas were so adorable! The spa at night is epic as If it’s a clear night you can look up at the stars. The property is so close to town (not even a 10 min drive) but yet when your there you feel like your on a private rural property... simply awesome! We will definitely stay again
