Down half a flight of stairs from the main entrance is a bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed and bathroom, as well as a 2 car garage.
The rooftop features a BBQ grill and ample seating for a family to hang out, dine, soak up some sunshine or just take in the beautiful views. This unit is close enough to walk to restaurants, shopping, Belmont Park, or the Bay. It is even a short drive to local attractions like: Sea World ~10 minutes, the San Diego Zoo ~15 minutes, Balboa Park ~15 minutes, Downtown San Diego ~15 minutes, and the Torrey Pines golf course ~20 minutes.

Great location. Great for a family of 7 or 8. Only issue we had was there are no bikes to use or working boogie boards. Still give it 5 stars tho.

Loved our stay I think 8 people was a perfect amount with a little room. The location is great and super close to the beach. All in all it was a great stay and would stay there again.

The place was clean and for the most part as described. The house is well worn; the dishes and silverware look like something you would find at Goodwill (but not buy).
