Great value for the booked price, exceeds expectations.

Explanada is a great Outlet/Mall and was nice to have below. Really close to Cholula too. It’s clean and the breakfast was actual my really good, remarkable considering it’s just a hotel buffet.

The A/C wasn’t that strong, perhaps it wouldve been trouble uf we visited during Warm weather.

triste y enganosa, nunca dice la propaganda que entras al centro comercial o plaza, y a buscar lugar

nada. la ubicación incomoda y poco señalizada, hasta que entendí que está DENTRO de la plaza, pero sin información. No tiene estacionamiento, nadie nos apoyo abajo. la habitación muy agradable, pero la alberca en la puerta del elevador, chica y sin información sobre toallas de alberca. el DESAYUNO un gran fracaso, demasiada gente, pobre en alimentos y pésimo apoyo o nulo del personal. JAMAS LO RECOMENDARIA
