About this house rental
Our beautiful house, comfortable and airy, offers wonderful views of the Atlantic Forest (behind) and the sea with the islands (the front). The house combines the tranquility of the quiet corner of Cockaigne Beach with the security of a small condominium with 24 hour surveillance.
Wi-fi throughout house.
It has four bedrooms, each with air conditioning and also fans. There are three with double beds with sea view (one of them suite), two of them with balcony. The 4 bedroom has 3 single beds and overlooks the garden and the forest.
It has two full bathrooms (one of them suite), a toilet and an external shower
The house offers three openings inside the yard and one the front of the house at the social entrance (outside the house).
Access to the beach:
on foot is 600 meters (10 to 15 minutes) down to the road and walking a few meters towards Ubatuba, just after passing the condominium below, through a small rustic trail along the river and then you arrive in a beautiful corner of Cocanha beach.
Going by car, 1 km, less than 4 minutes when there is no traffic, stay on one side of the road to Cocanha Beach and on the other, towards Ubatuba, is Mococa Beach.
As for the trade:
In the village of Massaguaçu, 1 km away, 10 minutes without traffic, on the side of the road that leads to forest, has small supermarket, grocery store, pharmacy, fishmonger and even a shop specializing in meat for barbecue. So, reasonable to complete something that is missing.
Note: Our suggestion is that in high season (carnival and New Year), as the traffic is intense, take things to get enough enough so that you do not have to get out too much by car.
In the same village of Massaguacu, on the street by the sea (Av. Maria Carlota), there are restaurants and the pizzeria in our opinion has the price versus good quality.
The house is situated in a small gated community and is on a hill 60 meters above sea level with a great view.

In the busiest area of the beach, both Cocanha and Mococa, there are several kiosks and also offers amusements such as boat trip to Cocanha Island (800 m) or Tamanduá Island (4 km), ski-banana rentals, kayak, stand-up paddle among others.
