Great location, beautiful apartment, everything you'd need is there. Washing machine, bath towels, games, all kitchen equipment, playstation and games. Definitely recommend.

The beds were slightly too hard for me but that's down to preference.

Very comfortable and well equipped apartment. Perfectly located! Close to Playa el Medano, restaurants and shops (all within walking distance, < 10 minutes). There's an inside parking garage which is perfect if you have a rental car.

I stay in the perla apartments all the time. This was a different one. The only criticism I can say is that unless you are planning on watching some TV in the evenings it is a little difficult to. The others have Netflix and cable so you can watch things is English or other languages. But unfortunately I don't speak Spanish so I couldn't watch basic tv. They have a play station I believe. It's a shame it didn't have a ethernet cable otherwise you can use the internet through that to watch cable tv. The tv is very old so you cant use a USB port or anything so with trying to watch tv was difficult. But apart from that the apartment was fine to stay in
