About this apartment rental
Beautiful beach condo with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico. Condo is located on Okaloosa Island and is one of the most beautiful white sandy beaches in Florida, if not the world! The gulf can be seen and the waves can be heard from the greatroom, as well as the master bedroom. Newly installed windows and doors add to the beauty of this condo. This spacious condo provides tv viewing in each bedroom, as well as a HDTV the greatroom. Fully equipped kitchen with a view of the intercoastal waterway for your cooking pleasure if you choose. Or you may want to just have a cup of coffee on the patio while watching for dolphins. If you choose to dine out there are many options with our personal recommendations.
Rental Age Requirements: Emerald Isle Club (this unit) will not rent to anyone under 25 years of age. Immediate eviction and loss of rental money will result. Any reservations obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payments, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in and/or subject to immediate eviction. Our family absolutely loved the condo. The amenities and proximity to pool and beach were awesome. The provided beach chairs and umbrella were extremely convenient. Very clean facility and condo with awesome view of beach from balcony. We cannot wait to come back and stay again soon. Thanks so much - The Davis family.
