About this house rental
Ours is a unique home in the heart of Pacific Grove with two cottages beside each other in the same courtyard.
The Main Cottage has a 4-poster king bed, kitchen and living area. The Carriage House has a wrought iron queen bed with convenience/express food prep (a microwave and mini-fridge). Both cottages come together with your rental.
Great for two couples or a family to spread out.
Retreat for writers & artists. Perfect escape from the inland heat. Take in the mild, coastal air this fall & winter. Go with your friends, family and grand kids to a dream trip they'll never forget.
15-min walk to aquarium, dining, shops, beach.
Main cottage w Cal king. Guest quarters w queen. Private, lighted courtyard. Gas grill and 3 seating areas.
15-min drive to Pebble Beach & Carmel. 30-min drive to Big Sur.
Guest access: Key-pads secure both homes.
How we host you: We are available by text, call or email at any time to answer questions, be a guide or offer suggestions. We have a local property manager who is also available within 5 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week if needed.
Character of home: Suitable for quiet retreat: Pacific Grove's "Retreat" area is known for it's quaint cottages and cozy streets. We are in the Retreat, Third Addition.
Even though our home has a secluded, treed courtyard, it is still within ear-shot of neighbors. So please enjoy your outdoor time quietly and observe strict hush-hush hours after 8pm during the week and 10pm on weekends.
