About this apartment rental
The apartment is located about 50 m from the beach to the central beach and surf area.
From the large balcony you have a great view of the dunes and an open view over the Brandenburger Place.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.
The bright apartment has an inside bedroom with two single beds of 200cm x 90cm and 190cm x 80cm size as well as a livingroom with a sofa bed for 2 persons and a dining area.
The small, open kitchen is equipped with an electric stove with ceramic hob (for 2 pots), a microwave-oven, coffeemachine, water cooker and toaster. The bathroom has a shower.
The floor in the entire living area is provided with high quality laminate flooring. An LCD TV with cable connection and a radio with CD player are available.
The outside wall is designed as a large window area, so you have a wonderful view of the dunes from the living and dining area.
There is also the balcony. On this is a table and chairs.
The large balcony is furnished with seating and a small table. Conditions are available. To the apartment belongs a free parking behind the house. There are also bicycles available for the guests of the house.
The location of the apartment is easy for everyone! Right on the beach, closer is hardly possible! Central - short distances to the Friedrichstrasse and the Strandstraße or the "Sylter Welle"! Nevertheless, the apartment is quiet as it is located directly on the road to the parking lot at Brandenburger Platz.
A free parking lot for your car is available behind the house! It is a non-smoking apartment. No pets are allowed.
For online bookings, the health tax is not inclusive. You will receive a separate invoice from the owner. She also sends you directly the spa cards.

The location of the house offers short distances to the beach (approx. 50m), the fun pool Sylter Welle (about 200m) or the beach or Friedrichstrasse (about 200m). The building is located on a quiet side street (dead end street) to the Brandenburger Platz.

Klein, aber fein ist bei dem Apartment Dünenblick Programm. Die Unterkunft entspricht der Beschreibung in vollstem Umfang. Zudem ist diese gepflegt und das Bad wurde neu renoviert. Die Küche ist ausreichend gut ausgestattet. Schade ist, dass es keine Spülmaschine gibt. Jedoch wäre diese bei der Größe der Küche wohl utopisch unterzubringen. Insgesamt wurde jeder cm sehr gut und sinnvoll genutzt. Durch helle Farben und Spiegel wirkt die Wohnung freundlich, offen und größer. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist der Fahrstuhl im Haus. Trotz Alter des Hauses ist das Apartment wenig hellhörig. Die Lage ist natürlich ein Traum. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief problemlos. Weitere Fragen vorab sowie vor Ort wurden zeitnah und individuell beantwortet bzw. gelöst. Uns hat der Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr gut gefallen, sodass wir jederzeit wiederkommen würden!

Kleines, gemütliches Apartement in zentraler Lage. Modern , schön und überlegt eingerichtet. Tolle Bildtapete, toller Fernseher und tolle sehr große Fensterfront. Schöner Ausblick. Leider kein Geschirrspüler. Zum Ein- und Ausziehen bequem Fahrstuhl nutzbar. W-Lan im Apartement funktionierte einwandfrei. Sehr kleine Schlafnische und sehr kleines Badezimmer, dafür für 40 m2 relativ großer Wohn-Essraum mit Küchenzeile. Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Gerne wieder.

Gemütliches, kleines, freundlich und modern eingerichtetes Apartment - ideal für Alleinreisende.
Perfekte Lage in Westerland, zum Strand muss man nur ein paar Schritte über die Düne gehen. Ins Zentrum läuft man ebenfalls nicht weit, rund 10 Minuten.
Positiv bleibt in Erinnerung:
- Lage, Gemütlichkeit, Ausstattung, großer Balkon mit Dünenblick
Optimieren könnte man:
- leider keine Spülmaschine vorhanden
- Sauberkeit (grob okay, allerdings gab es einige Staub-Ecken, die beim Putzen wohl übersehen wurden, zudem Flecken auf der Tischdecke und auf der Bettwäsche)
- zurzeit wird in dem Haus eine Wohnung saniert, was natürlich zu Lärmbelästigungen führt. Darauf hätte man bei der Buchung hingewiesen werden sollen/müssen.
Insgesamt war es ein schöner Aufenthalt in, wie gesagt, optimaler Lage.

Die Whg. liegt sehr Zentral gelegen jedoch in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Whg. sehr sauber und nett eingerichtet! Hatten einen tollen Urlaub und kommen bestimmt wieder! Nette Vermieter und vielen dank an die Objektbetreuerin!
