It is a nice, clean and secure place to have a good stay with friends and family. I really enjoy my stay there and I will love to go again and again 🥰👍
Everything was just perfect but I will suggest to have a BBQ equipment too 👌

Almost everything! It was a great & comfortable stay thanks to the warmness & hospitality of the Owner. He was very attentive to details, he responded to calls and WhatsApp messages quickly, helped with my WiFi connection problem very promptly when requested, explained in details & gave full tour of the whole apartment the night I arrived. Very accommodating person and went beyond miles. The apartment was also kept clean, organized and well maintained. I love the extra efforts in giving guests free flow of snacks, coffee, teas, colas, crackers, instant noodles and many others. Laundry facility was also made available & ability to cook was a plus. Bedroom & washroom attached were clean, cozy and comfortable. Had own privacy in the bedroom which was nice. Living room was well organized, got big smart TVs in both my room & living room equipped with YouTube, Netflix, iQIY and free movies. Great efforts there, thanks to the kind Owner Mr Ong 👍👍
Sharing of common space. Didn't know it was sharing basis although I got personal space in the individual room in the whole apartment, it could be an inconvenience to stay with another strangers who rent the other 2 rooms as guests might need to use the kitchen, the laundry room, to cook & watch TV at living room. Maybe should be clear and highlight in the description to mention that it is an apartment with sharing common space & guests are booking only one of the bedrooms in the apartment & actually Not the whole Apartment space. Also WiFi connection in my room was ON&OFF a couple times, I worked from home so WiFi was very much needed. But Owner solved it for me the same day which was great.
