Fantastic private villa for 10 people overlooking lake Trasimeno! View on the lake and green hills of olive trees and wood! Five bedrooms, three kitchens, three bathrooms, three living areas, balconies, garden and private pool! Near Cortona and Trasimeno Lake. It is divided into three independent flats.
Villa on the hills overlooking Lake Trasimeno. Composed of two independent apartments, for a total of 5 bedrooms (three double and two twin), three bathrooms, three kitchens and three living rooms. The apartments are two on the ground floor, one on the first floor, and are independent. Large garden and swimming pool of 5x10 m. Wonderful view of the lake and islands.
A few meters away there are a two restaurants with typical Umbrian-Tuscan cuisine, 5 km supermarkets, bars, banks, bakeries, shops offering typical food and wine and local crafts. The price refers to the whole villa for 10 people.
In Tuoro you can visit the Documentation Center on the Battle of the Trasimeno and Palazzo del Capra, you can take the Annibalico route on the traces of the Carthaginian leader who in 217 a. C. defeated the Roman army right on the Tuoro plain.
Do not miss the Isola Maggiore in Lake Trasimeno, a small fishing village of medieval origin, where San Francesco spent a Lent period in retreat.
From here, Siena, Cortona, Assisi, Perugia, Orvieto, Città della Pieve to the south and Città di Castello, San Sepolcro, Anghiari, Monterchi to the north can be reached in a short time. For those staying a week, we recommend that you also reach Rome and Florence during the day.
