Imagine staying in a private house surrounded by 5,000 m² of countryside, in the heart of the Sinis and just a few minutes from the beautiful beaches of Sardinia's west coast.
Villa Zerrei is the ideal place for those looking for sea, nature and tranquillity, while still being within easy reach of the beaches and the main attractions of the Sinis.
THE HOUSE
The house is completely independent and enjoys a peaceful and private setting, approximately 3.5 km from Putzu Idu beach.
The house was completely renovated in 2009 and features a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a living room with a spacious, well-equipped kitchen. A wooden staircase leads from the living room to the characteristic mezzanine, where there is a single bed and a 140 cm wide double sofa bed.
The house can accommodate up to 5 guests and is particularly suitable for couples, families or small groups of friends.
The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave and five-burner hob.
The house also has air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a washing machine and TV.
The house is supplied with well water, treated by an on-site chlorination system. The kitchen also has a reverse osmosis water filtration system, completely renewed in 2026.
5,000 m² OF NATURE
One of the features that makes Villa Zerrei special is its outdoor space.
The entire property, covering approximately 5,000 m², is available exclusively to guests and offers plenty of space to relax, dine outdoors or simply enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside.
The property includes 48 olive trees, a small orchard and a variety of Mediterranean trees and plants, including holm oaks, cypresses, pine trees and acacias, as well as lemon trees, pomegranates, banana plants and other fruit trees.
Depending on the season, you may even be able to enjoy some of the fruit grown on the property.
Outside, you will find a rustic veranda, a stone barbecue with grill, garden table and chairs, and sun loungers.
The spacious grounds also provide plenty of room to park several cars inside the private property.
SEA AND OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES
Villa Zerrei is particularly well suited to guests who enjoy the sea and outdoor activities.
Within a short drive, you can reach some of the area's most beautiful beaches, including Putzu Idu, S'Anea Scoada, Sa Mesa Longa, Su Pallosu, Capo Mannu and Is Arenas.
Capo Mannu is one of the best-known spots on Sardinia's west coast for wind and wave sports, with excellent conditions for surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, wing foiling, SUP and sailing.
Heading south, you can reach the famous beaches of Mari Ermi, Is Arutas, Maimoni and San Giovanni di Sinis.
The house also has a practical washing area for rinsing fishing and diving equipment, which is particularly useful after a day spent at sea.
The Sinis coastline and the Marine Protected Area offer many places to explore for those who enjoy snorkelling, diving, fishing and other water activities.

For motocross enthusiasts, another advantage is the location of the house: the Le Dune motocross track is just 6.5 km from Villa Zerrei.
The circuit hosts major national and international competitions, including events of the FIM Motocross World Championship.

La casa è dotata di tutto il necessario e si trova o soli 3 km dalla spiaggia di Putzu Idu che risulta facilmente raggiungibile.
Poco distante dalla strada provinciale ma appartata e rilassante, dispone di ampi spazi verdi esterni e vegetazione, che rinfrescano in tutte le ore della giornata. Il barbecue è perfetto per grigliate in compagnia.
