About this house rental

restored house with exposed stones and beams, located in the Sarthois perch at St georges-du-Rosay (72110) near our farm (dairy cows).
access via the Paris-Le Mans axis via the A11 motorway (exit La Ferte-Bernard).
Accommodation capacity: 6/7 people

80m2 house:
Room to live (40m2): farm table, 2pl sofa, 2 armchairs, 1 sofa convertible into a bed 2 pers, TV and closed fireplace.
Bedroom (24m2): 2 beds of 140, 1 single bed and a cot.
Kitchen (20m2) + cellar: fridge, gas cooker ...
Bathroom: bath, washbasin and washing machine.
Independent toilet.
Outside of 500m2: with terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, mountain bike ... ideal with children as you can see the animals of the farm, enjoy the trampoline, hut, swing, zip line ...
