Castello D'Alcontres Guest House 3 stelle

There is nothing what I didnt like. Extremely kind owners who care about you once arrived. We rented a family room which was perfect for two as it has a couch too. Enough space, extremely stunning location. The BB is located in an old, but renovated castle (?) And you even see the stone walls in a few rooms. The garden located on first floor seems like a fairytale. You can access it all day long, lighted during the night. Really comfy bed! The breakfast is amazing, with Sicilian granita and cream as dessert. I'd definitely come back. Grazie mille!

We’ve spent two weeks in this extraordinary accomodation. The place has such a special genius loci, yet it is all newly renovated with all the comfort needed. The cleanliness is also perfect. Very cloně to the sea, the public beach has showers (till the end of september, approx.). But the best thing about it were the owners, who are very friendly, ready to help and fulfill every single demand we’ve had. We felt like home. And the breakfast granitas are just yummy, we will miss them at home 😃 We recommend this place to everyone, who’s seeking calmer, quieter and more homy stay at Sicily, not the buzz of the greater cities and tourist centers.

All was perfect and if we needed something (like a cutting board for kitchenette), Nicoletta and Gianfranco were accomodating us. And just a reminder to others-the door to the Castello is not from the street but from the little piazza, just behind the restaurant terrace.
