Conforme aux photos. Lieu très calme, retiré du centre d'Olbia. Impossible sans voiture car non desservi par les transports en commun. En 15 minutes, on rejoindre le centre et les plages. La piscine est super, appréciable par ces fortes chaleurs. Giovanni, l'hote, est accueillant et discret (il vit à l'étage du dessous). Il y a 3 chambres d'hôtes qui se partagent la même grande cuisine. La cohabitation se passe bien. On peut aussi manger sur sa propre terrasse.
Peu de lumière dans la chambre mais on n'y reste pas beaucoup donc ça n'a pas été une grande contrainte.

Vriendelijke en behulpzame gastheer , giovanni gaf ons een lift om een auto te gaan huren , rustig gelegen ,parkeergelegenheid genoeg , een prachtig zwembad .
Best vervoer huren is een optie , de taxi's lichten je op . Je ligt in een rustig landgebied net even te ver verwijderd om er naartoe te wandelen.

Wir haben eine Woche in diesem tollen Appartement verbracht! Das Haus ist familiär geführt und der Inhaber kümmert sich sofort und sehr bemüht um jedes Anliegen. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns das ländliche, tierfreundliche Grundstück. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und der Pool ist blitzsauber. Ein tolles Extra: Morgens gab es sogar Kaffee und Brioche in der großzügigen Gemeinschaftsküche. Absolute Empfehlung!“
