Oceanfront and convenient to restraints, next door to the pier and excellent view. The rooms and beds were comfy, plenty of room for our family and pet friendly. Garage was great for two cars. Will stay again! The rooftop balcony was outstanding for sunrise/sunset!!

The communication leading up to our stay was impressive. The property was spot on four adult couples enjoying a long weekend at Folly. If we had any questions during our stay the team was crazy responsive, and even followed up to make sure we were good to go. Checkout was so simple too. Perfect location. Great home. Great experience.

One of the kitchen cabinet door fell on first day.The elevator got stuck between first and second floor on last day with my grandson in it.He some how managed to jump up and open the door.It was an emergency situation.It seems the elevator had not been maintened.I wrote to the local agency but never received any response.

Upholstery, rugs, balconies and walls were very dirty. Not a maid issue. Needs carpet cleaner, painter, pressure washer, etc.
