This is a new, modern 2 bedroom, 2 bath penthouse condo with an beautiful patio and amazing private rooftop deck for sunning and entertaining (accessed by elevator from the condo).

Amazing new roof top deck with lounge chairs, BBQ, relaxing bed, hammock etc. Best ocean views around!
Unit is on the fourth floor and is accessed by its own elevator.
This is in the SeaWinds complex and includes a restaurant, pool, whirl pool by main pool, bar, right on the beach. The beach is amazing, 3 min walk to the main Kite beach, 10 min walk to center of Cabarete. You can walk on this beach for hours, and hours and hours.
Has modern kitchen with an island, with all appliances. unit also has full laundry room with washer and dryer.
The unit has one King size bed, two double size beds, and a queen sofa bed.
Unit comes equipped with all kitchen small appliances, utensils, dishes, linens, towels and beach towels, bedding etc. you will need for a relaxing stress free vacation.
Unit has Air conditioning and large sliding front doors (2) to allow the constant breeze from the ocean to keep you cool and fresh.
The complex has 24/7 security from road beach access. Gated complex. Card access required to enter the unit, the elevator and the roof top deck. The roof top deck is just amazing, full queen bed that reclines, large sun bathing recliners, BBQ (Grill), outdoor shower, views to die for. Best place to drink under the stars in Cabarete,

If you like to Kite surf, surf, SUP, swim in the pool and the ocean, snorkel or dive, this is the place. Very inexpensive for food and alcohol in local restaurants and grocery stores.

Apartment was very nice did need some upgrades to be done the sliding doors for the terrace were extremely hard to open a lot of rust surrounding the doors! The shower heads were clogged water was just trickling out! My cousin took off heads and cleaned them we were told about rooftop barbeque and after use had to be cleaned went up to rooftop took cover off all bugs crawled out was not cleaned by previous guests and surely cleaning people did not clean! Just want to address so we are not held responsible! Cleaning crew could do a better job!

Such a great spot, we are so glad we found it! Condo is spotless with great accommodations…. Beds are super comfy, ocean view is beautiful and balcony PLUS rooftop patio are amazing. Host is very easy to communicate with and available via text if need be… staff at condo amazing as well! Sad to leave and most definitely hoping to return!!

Very nice, high-end apartment. Beautiful view from the top floor and the roof deck. Well furnished with big dining table on the balcony, which is very pleasant. Very secure gated complex. Walk through the complex to the top Italian restaurant Tuva which is right next door.

Our family had an amazing week in Cabarete. The property was as expected and the views from the outdoor spaces were better then expected. The beds were very comfortable and my daughters boasted the pullout sofa bed as the most comfortable they have stayed on. Communication with the owners was prompt and very helpful!
