House located in Gérardmer with large garage for bikes, canoes. Easy to access in winter, numerous hiking trails, 800 m from the lake, 900 m skating rink, bowling alley, esplanade, casino.
Large reception area with laundry room, table tennis table, 2 garden furniture with parasols, barbecue, washing machine and basin for cleaning.
On the first level, large kitchen living space, dining room living room on the entire front of the house, a double bedroom, a bathroom with sink and shower, a toilet
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 4 single beds, 2 of which are bunk beds, a bathroom with bath, a toilet, a spacious hallway between the rooms.
Oil heating in a very comfortable house isolated from the cold (and heat in summer) by an outside insulation .performant.
Large paved area in front of the house and lawn garden bordered by a hedge.
In spring and summer, our friends the ponies of the Ecrins de Ramberchamp come to graze behind and on the side of the house.
