The location of the apartment was wonderful! It was easy to get to the central part of Florence by walking. It was wonderful to be so close to the city market. We loved all the fresh fruit we were able to have for breakfast each morning.
Carolina met us at the apartment and was very friendly and helpful. She showed us how to close the patio doors before she left. However, in the evening we were unable to secure the doors and lock them. We messaged the host on WhatsApp about how to lock the doors but she never responded. We were disappointed that the host did not respond to us especially since she told us to contact her with any questions or concerns.

The location was great for city centre attractions
The downside of being so close to the city centre was that it was quite noisy and lots of cooking smells 24 hours a day

Location. Homey welcoming feeling.
It was all good. Lack of elevators was inconsequential because Carolina stayed to help us with our luggage.

Great location and a full apartment with a lovely balcony all to ourselves.
We did get a workout on the stair but all part of a great European vacation
$$$$
