Booked room for 2 nights but when reached hotel no rooms available. After one hour of waiting he gave me a temporary room without even window curtains with the assurance that I will get proper room in the evening . Evening also he couldn’t give me room and asked me to call manager and she never picked my calls both morning and evening. I ended up in sleeping in the same temporary room even after paid for 2 days booking. Never seen such an irresponsible service in any place.

The place is worth for this money. Thay have also cafeteria which is little expensive for the quantity for the food they provide.

Toilet flush is not work , No charging point near bed , Check-In process took around 30 mins due to there poor application

I have been staying here almost every week few days but recent days the service is not up to the standards. Last time when I checked in even they couldn’t provide towel and told me that towel can be made available next day morning only.
Again I have booked 2 nights from yesterday and called them yesterday evening and told them that I will be checking in today early morning: when I came there was no room and nobody there is solve my issue. I had to wait almost one hour to get temporary room and asked them to get the room ready before evening. Hope I will have room to stay tonight. Not managed well in the recent days
