The owner and staffs are very kind. The room is spacious and very clean. The onsen works well and well maintained. There's a baby cot and a high chair. It would be nice to have a microwave so we can warm our baby food easily but we came prepare with ready to eat ones so there's no issue. The location is a bit remote with less restaurant and cafe around but we'd got serene view and quiet environment instead which is good for relaxing and retreat during long holidays. We visited few local restaurants which is 5-10 mins drive offer very delicious local foods. Overall it is worth the time and money.

We had a wonderful stay here. The property is peaceful and quiet, making it a perfect place to relax and recharge. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special thanks to Richard, the owner, who went above and beyond to help us with the Wi-Fi issue in our room. He kept us updated on the situation and made sure we were well taken care of, which we really appreciated. The only downside was the pillows, which were too soft and too low for our preference, so we didn’t sleep as well as we had hoped. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. We can’t wait to visit again!

This Japanese-themed hotel is simply the best in its act of service and attention towards your comfort. Wonderful grounds for daily walks too. Be warned, the resort’s pair of cats are exceptionally lovely and will warmly welcome you further once you are settled in your room. Thank you very much for everything here! Such a relaxing resort!
