    we reached at 5pm, spend one hour to check-in, at first there's no one in the check-in room, then i walked in the "village" saw one staff on motor bike, i told her i want to check-in, she just smile and Shaked her head, it is common in khao Yai, ppl don't understand single english word, but the owner never prepare or do any arrangement for our check in, even i booked this hotel 3months ago. after speak to so many ppls, they get us to wrong room, no key to go in, no wifi in room, and i booked for 4 adults, but there's only 3 beds and i need wait and called, end up they just added one mattress on floor. the water pressure is super low, 4 of us taken more than one hour to shower. end up our holiday spend, and super bored in the room. highly NOT RECOMENDED to stay here. especially non-thai resident

    It fits to people who want to isolate from society. It’s quiet place but the facilities are not available compared to hotels. It is like homestay and no staffs to service all the time.
