    I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Yufuin Hoshinosato. From the moment I arrived, I felt the warm, cozy atmosphere that makes this hotel so special. The entire property is spotlessly clean, and the staff are not only friendly but also incredibly patient and attentive – a special thank you to the manager, Jay, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The highlight for me was the hot spring. The view from the onsen is breathtaking, especially around sunset – soaking in the warm water while watching the sky change colors was pure magic. I genuinely can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and welcoming getaway in Yufuin.

    Ternyata bukan private villa, kita share dengan orang lain. Pemakaian onsen juga harus terjadwal. Pemiliknya orang Korea, melayani dgn baik. Villa juga cukup bersih, nyaman. Breakfast juga disiapkan dgn sangat baik. Jadwal breakfast juga dijadwal spy kita bs menikmati makan pagi dgn bebas tanpa kehadiran orang lain.

    ​"During check-in, there was an issue where the booking information the hotel received from Agoda was incorrect. The hotel requested an additional charge for the child, even though my original booking already included the child in the price. We agreed to pay the extra amount in cash at the time, understanding that it might have been a system error on Agoda's part. ​However, upon checkout, I requested a receipt to use as proof for Agoda. The hotel staff informed me that they would email it to me. It has now been 3 weeks, and I still have not received the receipt. Furthermore, I am completely unable to contact the hotel, which is extremely frustrating. Even Agoda support themselves has been unable to reach them."
