    If you traveling with family to Beppu, this is a very good place to stay. The aprt is ok new, suitable for people who drive, they provide parking space. For a price like this in Jpn, this aprt is consider big and spacious. It's just abit far from the onsen attraction..

    Near to food establishments. Power and wifi are strong. Everything clean and organised. Lights would have been better if separated by more switches. More space to hang clothes would be appreciated

    We stayed for 1 night and were expecting a fast check-in. However, it took us about 2 hours! First, it was difficult to find the apartment. On maps, the location is wrong! Although, this was already noted by guests 1 year ago, as we saw in the Google reviews, this was not changed. Then we got to the appartement and the key lock didn't work because it operates with battery, which was empty. After realizing that it was not our fault we called the call center, which is expensive and complex as a tourist without Japanese phone number. The contact person was friendly, but not very helpful, because he told us to try again and again for about 30 Mins. At some point it worked out and we got in. Then, they ask you to check in via iPad, with a program, that is also not very user-friendly. Bottom line, we would not recommend this place!
