I travel with my friend, we're small ladies :) Our room is on level 1, and we have to take our suitcase upstairs (and we did not expect this).
The room is apparently nice, spacious, not dark (I like the light in this room), and pretty aesthetic.
It would be nicer if a water dispenser were provided - if not in the room, it can be provided in the corridor :)

The room itself is spotless. Super clean. No complaints. There are enough amenities for a business overnight stay. Btw, for western guests, they only provide a hand towel size towel for bathing. Also you can take as many as you need. Very satisfied with the room
There is a roof deck with laundry machine free to use and a pantry also available. The public area looks clean, but I did see a cockroach in the kitchen. There is no staff here, so no one around the public area most of the time.
The location is far from tourist spots but very close to the gimpo airport. There are restaurants and convenience stores as well as a daiso and an olive young very close to the hotel.
There is no staff here and no one to answer your questions. Also, it is not advertised that the accommodation has no elevator.
Be ready to carry your luggage up 3 floors if needed. And also push your luggage up a hill from the nearest train station
