The Good: * Breakfast was fantastic—the only highlight of the stay. The Bad: * Severe security issues: Key cards appear to be just for show, as doors actually operate with manual keys. Worse, there are no interior locks, which makes you feel unsafe. * Damaged hardware: In our other room, the lock assembly was broken off with exposed cables hanging out. * Broken intercom: No way to call the desk directly from the room. * Poor service: The stand-in manager, Shiva, was dismissive and impolite when asked some thing Wouldn't recommend until they address basic guest security and staff attitude.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. It was in a prime location. The hospitality was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary cookie box, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made me feel truly valued as a guest. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. A special mention to the valet parking service—it was fast, professional, and one of the best I’ve experienced, making arrival and departure completely hassle-free. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so comfortable and memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!
